For the 2023-2024 Academic Year

Mad River Montessori is a nonprofit corporation supported entirely by fees, tuition, and donations. Tuition is based on a 10 month school year and may be paid in full or divided into 10 equal installments; tuition installments are due in the first week of the months August through May. The school year is approximately 180 days. We do our best to align our calendar and holidays/breaks with local elementary schools.


There is a $200 fee due at the time of admission and every Spring during the re-enrollment period that covers registration and insurance, and serves to hold your child’s spot at MRM.


There is a $150 Orientation Fee for students who are new in the fall; this fee covers the 3 day orientation prior to the start of the school year.

Half-Day Session (8:30am - 1pm): $7,400/year or 10 installments of $740
*Reserved for students who are 4.5 years old or younger

Extended Day Session (8:30am - 3:30pm, Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30am - 1pm, Fridays): $8,500/year or 10 installments of $850

If a student is withdrawn from our program during the year, 30 days advance notice must be given to be released from this financial obligation.

No financial adjustments will be made for children absent for family reasons during the school year.
